What if I can’t attend live sessions?

Totally okay. All sessions are recorded and shared privately—so you can watch in your own time, on your terms.

You won’t miss the transformation. And often, having space to pause and reflect creates even deeper shifts. The transcript will also be available. All copies will be deleted once the 12 weeks has been completed.



Is this just for mums?
No. This programme is for any woman who feels the past is still showing up in her present—through her relationships, emotions, nervous system, or the way she copes. Many of the women who join are mums or caregivers, but others are navigating divorce, narcissistic family dynamics, menopause, or the aftermath of abuse.
