Reiki Level 1, Level 2, and Master Teacher Training are offered in person in Fulwood, Preston, taught by Reiki Master Teacher Kate Brindley.

Kate Brindley is a Reiki Master Teacher, trauma-responsive practitioner and coach with many years of experience supporting people through healing and personal growth.

Reiki Level 1
Self Healing and Energy Awareness.
Reiki Level 1 introduces the foundations of Reiki and focuses on self-healing and energy awareness.
This training provides everything needed to begin practising Reiki for yourself.
During this training you will learn:
• The history and principles of Reiki
• How energy flows through the body
• Hand positions for Reiki treatments
• Grounding and energetic awareness
• How to practise self-healing
Our Lineage as Usui Reiki Practitioners
You will also receive your first Reiki attunement, opening the channel for Reiki energy.
After Level 1, you can practise Reiki on yourself and start your energy healing journey.
Reiki Level 2
Practitioner Training.
Reiki Level 2 deepens your connection to Reiki and prepares you to work more confidently as a practitioner.
This level expands your understanding of energy healing and introduces powerful Reiki symbols.
During this training you will learn:
• The Reiki symbols and their uses
• Distance healing techniques
• How to structure a full Reiki treatment
• Practitioner confidence and energy boundaries
• Ethical practice when working with others
You will receive your Level 2 attunement and practitioner certification.
After Level 2, many students begin offering Reiki sessions to clients.
Reiki Master Teacher Training
Reiki Master Teacher is the final level of Reiki training.
This training deepens your energetic connection to Reiki and prepares you to pass Reiki attunements to others.
Master Teacher training is delivered individually to ensure depth, guidance and integrity within the teaching process.
This level is available to students who feel called to continue their Reiki journey and share Reiki with others.

For those who feel ready to fully step into the Reiki path, you can book Reiki Level 1, Level 2 and Reiki Master Teacher Training together for £777.
This pathway secures your place across the upcoming training dates and offers a reduced price for progressing through all three levels.
Choosing the Complete Reiki Journey allows you to move through the training with continuity, building confidence, experience and deeper connection at each stage.
Your place will be reserved in advance for each level, so you can focus on learning and integration as you progress.
Places on this pathway are limited.

Yes. Reiki certificates are provided for each level of training.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, note pad and pen (if you're a note taker), anything that helps you to feel grounded and focused, plus an open mind are all that is needed. Details are sent after booking.
Can Reiki be used professionally?
Many people choose to offer Reiki professionally after Level 2 training.
